昭和46年開業の老舗居酒屋「北見・かじか」（2022年9月下旬）

北海道・北見の炉ばた居酒屋「かじか」。
北見といえばまず焼肉を思い浮かべますが、焼肉屋を営む知人の勧めでこの老舗居酒屋の暖簾をくぐりました。
北見を訪れるのは初めてだったので、この店が抜群に美味いのか、北見全体の食のクオリティが高いのかわかりませんが、とにかく何を食べても美味しかった。
地元の食材を使った絶妙な味付けのお料理にすっかり胃袋を掴まれました。

Robata Izakaya “Kajika” in Kitami, Hokkaido.
Kitami is famous for its yakiniku (grilled meat). However, an acquaintance who runs a yakiniku restaurant recommended me to this long-established izakaya.
This was my first visit to Kitami, so I don’t know if this restaurant is outstanding or if the food quality in Kitami as a whole is high, but whatever I ate was delicious.
I was fascinated by the use of local ingredients and exquisitely seasoned dishes.
