Introducing recommended gourmet spots in Toyohashi City, Aichi, Japan. This time, I visited “Grill Hinemosu”. I took my time and enjoyed a siesta-style lunch.
“Grill Hinemosu” is a western food restaurant that serves delicious grilled dishes. The restaurant that used to be in Akebono-cho has moved to Shimoji-cho, and this time it has become a hideaway like in a residential area. While retaining the atmosphere of the previous restaurant, the space is now larger and more spacious, making it even more comfortable. The restaurant’s appearance and decoration are unique. The style is a mixture of industrial, cool and cute, and the clever displays are fun to look at. On the other hand, the interior has a warm and homely atmosphere suitable for a western food restaurant.
As the name suggests, the menu is centered around grilled dishes, but also includes other dishes. All of the carefully prepared dishes are so amazing that it’s hard to choose just one. The salad/soup and bread/rice included in the lunch set are all absolutely delicious, so again you have a hard time deciding which one to choose. Dishes come out in order of salad, soup and main dish. The long-awaited main dish is as expected, and you will be very satisfied with both the taste and the volume.
